These terms and conditions govern your use of the Moruga Collective website and the purchase of products from us. Moruga Collective is a trading name of PT Services UK Limited, registered in England and Wales. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices are confirmed at the time of order placement. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable.
We ship to the UK and EU. Standard UK delivery is 2–3 business days. EU delivery is 5–7 business days. Free shipping is available on UK orders over £30. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Our products are made in a facility that handles various allergens. Full ingredient lists are provided on each product page and on product labels. If you have specific allergen concerns, please contact us before ordering.
